We are reviewing the Lenten journey and our pursuit of God. We see in the 1st reading, a God-fearing gentile who God saw his heart and pursuit of him and received his alms and prayers and sent Peter to him to proclaim the Gospel to him. In our Gospel we see the Mary's looking for Jesus as well and an angel points them where to go. The message will be about how God meets us on our journey, no matter where we are at, whether we have been faithful or whether we have been distracted and derailed. God pursues us even when we have left him and abandoned him, when we are faithless, he remains faithful.
