We are looking for a lead teacher who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ for our 3rd-5th grade homeschool class. The person will show their commitment to serving Him by attending church regularly and being involved in studying God’s word on a regular basis through a Bible study.  

Position Requirements: 

• Teach on Wednesday mornings from 9:15-11:45 from Sept. to the beginning of June 

• Participate in paid quarterly planning sessions and an additional 1 hour paid planning per week 

• Attend trainings and end-of-year picnic 

• Plan relevant activities related to the curriculum  

• Teach Bible stories and set a schedule with transitions 

• Love children and help create a welcoming environment 

• Musical background preferred 

A typical day would consist of a Bible lesson, PE, snack, and Art or Music. The teacher is also encouraged to build relationships not only with the children but their caregivers, as well. If you think you would be a good fit, contact personnel@redeemer.us

The person will demonstrate their commitment to serving Him by attending church regularly and being involved in studying God’s word on a regular basis through a Bible study.

• Assist the lead teacher 

• Love children and help create a welcoming environment

• Assist the lead teacher 

• Love youth and set up a welcoming environment 

A typical day would consist of Bible study/discussion, games (board or group activities), and a STEM or Home Economics lesson.  The teacher is also encouraged to build relationships not only with the students but their caregivers, as well.
