This position is for someone who feels led to work with all ages, including youth. Who is spiritually grounded in biblical truths and wanting to continue to grow in their knowledge as well as help walk alongside families in their spiritual journey. This is a 10-hour position, which will work with the Family Ministry Director to support the families at the church. Some tasks include helping support volunteers for Sunday mornings, leading studies for youth, assisting with family and youth events, make sure classrooms are stocked, find ways to engage with youth, participate and lead the youth leadership team, attend camp with the youth, work alongside the summer intern, and let the holy spirit lead and guide you.

We are looking for a lead teacher who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ for our 3rd-5th grade homeschool class. The person will show their commitment to serving Him by attending church regularly and being involved in studying God’s word on a regular basis through a Bible study.
Position Requirements:
Teach on Wednesday mornings from 9:15-11:45 from Sept. to the beginning of June
Participate in paid quarterly planning sessions and an additional 1 hour paid planning per week
Attend trainings and end-of-year picnic
Plan relevant activities related to the curriculum
Teach Bible stories and set a schedule with transitions
Love children and help create a welcoming environment
Musical background preferred
